1 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

Term	Definition
"Platform"	The cr7sip website at https://cr7sip.ws, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated gaming services operated by the Company.
"Account"	The registered player account created by you on the Platform, through which you access all gaming and betting services.
"Player"	Any individual who has created a registered Account on the Platform and uses it to access gaming, betting, or related services.
"Funds"	The balance of Rupiah (IDR) credited to your Account following a verified deposit, less any amounts wagered, withdrawn, or forfeited.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by cr7sip to a Player, subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed or Account limits raised.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it — and any winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn as real funds.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory in which accessing the Platform or placing bets online is illegal under applicable local law.
"Services"	All sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming or entertainment products made available through the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your Account.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is primarily directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open an Account. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. cr7sip does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or Bonus balances held therein.

3.4 Exclusions

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, directors, or officers of cr7sip or any of its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members residing in the same household.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion scheme that cr7sip recognizes.
• Persons who have been permanently banned by cr7sip for violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

4 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a preferred payment method. You agree to keep all registration information up to date and to notify cr7sip promptly of any changes.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. cr7sip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility, unless you have notified cr7sip of unauthorized access before the activity occurred.

4.2 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms. cr7sip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where inaccurate information is discovered, and to withhold any Funds pending investigation. Where fraud is identified, cr7sip reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

cr7sip is committed to operating a secure platform and fulfilling its obligations under international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, all players are subject to identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal requests are processed.

cr7sip reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Funds will not be released until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of request may result in Account suspension.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your cr7sip Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. cr7sip accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly in most cases, subject to payment provider processing times. All amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cr7sip does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the cr7sip Account.

cr7sip reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where:

• KYC verification has not been completed or is pending additional documentation.
• The Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Active Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds applicable daily or weekly limits set on the Account.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the cr7sip Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). cr7sip does not support cryptocurrency payments at this time. No currency conversion is applied; the amount you deposit in IDR is the amount credited to your Account balance in IDR.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

cr7sip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal). Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the offer. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically.
• cr7sip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit that prevents them from meeting minimum deposit requirements are not eligible for deposit-match bonuses.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk (so-called "bonus hunting"), or providing false information to claim a bonus — is strictly prohibited. cr7sip reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and associated winnings, and to permanently close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the cr7sip sportsbook — including BRI Liga 1 football, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and other markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and bet type, as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to additional rules governing minimum selections and settlement procedures.

All casino and slot games available on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe — and are governed by each studio's game rules as displayed within the game interface. cr7sip does not modify game outcomes. All game RNG systems are independently certified.

cr7sip reserves the right to void bets and reverse winnings in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors, software malfunctions, or erroneous odds that a reasonable player would have identified as incorrect.
• Evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or use of prohibited software or bots.
• Placement of bets in breach of these Terms or applicable game rules.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cr7sip Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of Funds:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account in another person's name or using false identity documents.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, game engine, or security system used by cr7sip.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cr7sip staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, glitch, or error in the Platform for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other means of location obfuscation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cr7sip Platform — including but not limited to the cr7sip brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cr7sip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of cr7sip.

11 Privacy & Data

cr7sip collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cr7sip implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and maintains your personal information in secure, access-controlled systems. cr7sip will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cr7sip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cr7sip shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials or your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any governmental action, regulatory change, or legal development affecting the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cr7sip's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting cr7sip support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

cr7sip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• cr7sip suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with your Account.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted and confirmed.
• cr7sip is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law, as applied by cr7sip's licensing jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of cr7sip's registered licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or cr7sip's internal dispute resolution process.

cr7sip's internal dispute resolution process is the first required step for any Player complaint. Disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. cr7sip will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days.

15 Amendments to These Terms

cr7sip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cr7sip will provide reasonable notice — typically by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address — at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Minor corrections, clarifications, or changes required by law may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
